Founder and designer, Allison is 49 years old with two teenage kids. Her body changed after child birth and again as she heads into menopause. She uses her own experiences to design styles that work for our ever evolving body.
As our brand manager, Ashley understands all of our customers concerns. And as someone who has struggle her whole life finding clothing that fit her body, she is the advocate in the room. Pushing to make sure every style is thinking about our different shapes and body types.
We padded a typical model form using Allison's body measurements to ensure we end up with flattering designs every time. She reminds us to take into consideration all of the "problem areas" customers mention to us.
Jerri is Allison's mom — and one of her most important fit references. Allison has watched her mom's body change over the years and used that understanding to design styles that work for women at every age and stage.

Love, love, love your tops! They are the perfect length for my 5’2” frame. The fit of is generous enough to cover any bulges but not so wide that they look oversized. Love the fabric too — it has a nice drape. More colors please.
Alison Izu tops really fit well! Length of tops and overall fit are perfect for shorter people. The bottoms are great too! I ALWAYS have a hard time with bottoms fitting me comfortably. But all the bottoms I’ve purchased fit well and the length is perfect!

The Milo pant is the perfect length and is so very comfortable! The fabric is light enough to move/fall nicely and heavy enough to hold the shape and look luxurious.I don’t always go out, but when I do, I wear the Milo pant! Wear comfortable pants that fit, my friends!

Most brands design with one woman in mind: a 26-year-old, size 2, 5'8" model. Her proportions set the template. Everyone else is an afterthought.
We design for the woman they forgot.
Lani is our fit form — and unlike the industry-standard sample size, she represents a real body. Every silhouette is designed to her proportions, because clothes should reflect how they actually live on a person. But looking good on the form isn't enough. Each piece gets worn through a full day of real movement before it's approved. If it doesn't feel as good at the end of the day as it did at the start, it goes back.
Our size structure was built around how bodies actually change — not around a sample size. We cut with generous ease and choose fabrics that move with you, which means our styles fit across a wider range of bodies than most brands.
