We carefully pack each order from our studio and aim to ship within 3–5 business days from your purchase date.

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take the full 5 business days — we truly appreciate your patience.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship via USPS to all 50 U.S. states, including U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

If your order has not yet shipped and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@allisonizu.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking links may take 24–72 business hours to update once created.
  • If you don’t see your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder.

If you placed your order within the last 3–5 business days, it is likely still being processed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email. If you’ve received tracking but it hasn’t updated, carriers sometimes need 24–72 hours to scan and activate the tracking.

We know how unsettling this can feel — especially when you’re excited to receive your pieces. We'll do our to help you through the next steps.

First, we recommend:

  • Checking around your mailbox, parcel lockers, or front desk
  • Asking neighbors in case it was delivered nearby
  • Waiting 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered shortly before final drop-off
  • Check with your local USPS office to see if your package was brought back or held at the facility.

If your package still hasn’t arrived, you can begin a claim through our Returns & Claims Portal here: https://allisonizu.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login

This allows us to review your order and start the appropriate claim process.

In some cases, we may ask for written confirmation or additional details so we can submit proper documentation to our shipping claim processor.

While we’re unable to guarantee replacement once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to support you and advocate where possible.
