We’re committed to getting your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days from your purchase date for processing and shipping. Thank you for your patience!
We ship with USPS to all 50 States in the United States. We also ship to US military bases. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to edit orders once they’ve been placed. If your order has not yet shipped and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to process a cancellation request. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
For in-store pickup orders at our Manoa Showroom, email us at shop@allisonizu.com with your Order # to request a cancellation.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is processed. Tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.
Please allow 3-5 business days from your purchase date for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven't received any updates, please check your "junk mail" folder as the email may have been filtered there.
Due to the global impact of COVID-19, carriers may experience delivery delays. If you’ve received a tracking number but are still unsure about your order's location, feel free to contact USPS directly at 1-800-222-1811.
