Orders and Shipping FAQ's

We're working to get your order packed quickly. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process, pack, and ship out your order. Thank you!

We ship with USPS to all 50 States in US. We also ship to US military bases. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Unfortunately, our system does not allows orders to be edited. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

If you placed an order for in-store pick up at our Manoa Showroom, please email us at to initiate a cancel order request. Please provide your Order # in the message.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is processed. Tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.

Please allow 3-5 business days from date of purchase for an update on the order fulfillment status. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order from the shipping confirmation email sent to you.

Please note: due to the global impact of COVID-19, carriers are experiencing delivery delays. If you received tracking number information but still not sure where your order is, please reach out to USPS at this number: 1-800-222-1811.
