We ship within the United States (all 50 States). We also ship to military bases within the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship out your order. Although not guaranteed, shipping speed is typically 3-7 business days depending on destination.
Unfortunately, our system does not allow orders to be edited. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
If you placed an order for pick up at our Manoa Showroom, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a cancel order request. Please provide your Order # in the message.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is processed. Tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.
