Position: Development/Production Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Support Designer with day-to-day organization of production in Hawaii and Los Angeles.
  • Assist in communication with factories in Hawaii, supporting with pick ups and drop offs.
  • Support designer with purchase orders for fabric, trim, etc.
  • Assist and training in CAD design program, PAD Pattern making.
  • Communicate effectively with designer and management team.
  • Receive inventory, quality control, and prepare for E-comm and Showroom.
  • Willing to learn and participate in all aspects of the business including, showroom sales, inventory and marketing.

Requirements

  • Can-do attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness and availability to work during peak business periods - weekends, holidays, etc.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (50 pounds or more) from time to time as required.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Physically active environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position: Showroom Sales Associate

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and welcoming customer service and have a desire to connect with our customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs.
  • Handle all point-of-sale transactions including sales, exchanges, refunds, gift cards, and gift wrap.
  • Take an active role in all store operations, such as maintaining displays, accepting inventory and ensuring a comfortable flow on the Showroom floor.
  • Communicate effectively through sharing feedback with management and writing daily business recaps.
  • Secure company assets through loss prevention in compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements
