Izu Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards our community for purchases made!
For every purchase made, you'll earn points that can be redeemed for discounts and perks available to reward members only.
Simply create an account here and you'll be all set!
IMPORTANT: If you've shopped with us before, please create your account using the email address that you used at time of purchase. Any points you've accumulated will be associated with the email that you used to checkout with us online.
We want you to be able to access all of your hard-earned points, so make sure you're using the same email!
Click here to enter your email address to log in. If you have an account with our website, a 6-digit code will be sent to your email to log in.
In general, you can redeem 500 points for $10 off or 1000 points for $20 off.

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem your points for a discount on your next purchase. Redeem 500 points for $10 off or 1,000 points for $20 off.
To redeem, log into your account. Then click here to view your rewards. Your total points will pop up, as well as an option to redeem your points for an order discount if you have enough points to do so.
- Click “Ways to Redeem”
- Choose the amount of points you wish to redeem. Then click "Redeem"
- A one-time, unique discount code will be generated for you. Click “Apply code” and take a copy of your code in case you exit the browser window before completing your purchase.
- Continue shopping, and when you’re ready, head to your shopping cart. Your discount code will automatically be loaded onto your checkout page. If you don't see the code, enter it in the Discount box at checkout.
- Complete your transaction!
Other discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with your rewards code, so we suggest using it to purchase regular-priced items or sales items that have been marked down.
Once you create an account with us, you'll automatically be put into our Izu Inspired tier. As you continue to shop and earn points, you'll be eligible to move into our Izu Insider tier (minimum of 1000 points) and Izu Icon tier (minimum of 3000 points).
As soon as you hit the minimum points required for the next tier, you'll automatically be pushed up, granting you even more exclusive perks!
Unfortunately, our reward system does not allow us to refund points. Once a return is processed or a refund is issued, any points earned on that transaction will be lost.
Absolutely! You can get $20 off for each person you refer and makes a purchase.
- In the Your Points window, click "Refer your friends"
- A unique referral link will be available to share to Facebook or Email. You can also copy and paste the link in order to share it.
- Share with as many friends and family as you'd like! This link gives them $10 off their first purchase.
- Their purchase must be completed through the referral link in order for you to receive your $20 discount.
IMPORTANT: the $10 referral reward can only be redeemed by first-time customers. If your referred a friend/family who has shopped with us before or has an account with us, the referral reward cannot be applied.
Unfortunately, our reward systems requires you to enter your birth date at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.
But not to worry, you'll receive special perks when your next birthday comes around!
