Designer Notes - From Allison
"When I designed the Max Tank, I wanted something that felt like a tank top—but had more intention, more shape, and more comfort for real bodies. I’ve always struggled with tank tops that cut too deep under the arms or make me feel exposed, especially around the back arm area. So I gave Max a higher neckline and a slightly wider shoulder to help balance out the hips and give a little more coverage where I want it most.
We also played with the hem length to follow our petite proportion philosophy—the shorter front hem creates that ⅓–⅔, Rule of Thirds we talk about, which helps elongate the legs without needing to tuck. And that forward-shifted side seam? That’s a trick I love to slim the midsection and create a subtle curve without any cling. It's the kind of top that feels easy but makes you feel put together—especially on days when you just want to throw something on and go.“
