Why Our Stripes Work for You
Debunking the Stripe Myth
We understand the hesitation around wearing stripes—especially horizontal ones. It's a common fashion myth that stripes can make you look wider. But that’s not the case with our carefully selected and thoughtfully designed stripe fabrics.
From our Designer
"I love stripes and when they're done right, it doesn't make you look wider. It actually does the exact opposite. I wanted to share "the why" behind how we source our stripes to help debunk that myth.
The main thing we pay attention to is spacing and width between the lines. We also take into consideration the thickness of the lines and what colors are being used to create the pattern. These all determine if a stripe will make you look good." -Allison, Designer
A Vertical Stripe Print
DESIGNED BY US
Our Etched Lines print was designed with thin vertical stripes that naturally guides the eye up and down, creating soft, graceful movement. The wider spacing between each stripe makes it easy to wear and incredibly flattering on a variety of styles. We chose a dark stripe against a soft neutral background to create the perfect contrast, adding depth without overwhelming the overall look. This thoughtful balance gives each piece an effortless, polished look.

What sets our latest designs apart is the thoughtful variation in stripe width. By combining slightly wider and narrower stripes, it creates a subtle optical illusion that slims and flatters your shape. And we go for contrasting colors, which adds dimension and enhances the overall look. These details are what make our stripes not just stylish, but flattering for your figure.
