- 1 point for every $1 (2 points per $1 for those in our IZU Icon tier!)
- 100 points just for creating an account
- Add your birthday and we'll gift you 100 points on your special day just because we love celebrating you!

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem your points for monetary discounts on your purchase. Redeem 500 points for $10 off your purchase, or 1,000 points for $20 off your purchase.

The more you shop, the more points you'll earn, which will get you one step closer to being a member of our IZU Insider and IZU Icon VIP tiers. Once in, you'll gain exclusive early access to sales and new collection releases, free shipping offers, invite-only events, and more!

Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem your points for a discount on your next purchase. Redeem 500 points for $10 off, or redeem 1,000 points for $20 off.

To redeem, log into your account. Then CLICK HERE to view your rewards. Your total points will pop up, as well as an option to redeem your points for a monetary discount if you have enough points to do so. Click "View", choose if you would like to redeem 500 or 1,000 points, then click "Redeem". A one-time, unique discount code will be generated for you, which you can input in the "Discount Code" field during the checkout process.

Other discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with your rewards code, so we suggest using it to purchase regular priced items or sales items with a markdown.

Our IZU VIP Club is our new tiered loyalty system! We want to reward our most supportive customers with exclusive perks and rewards only available to these select few. Once you create an account with us, you'll automatically be put into our IZU Inspired tier. As you continue to shop and earn points, you'll be eligible to move into our IZU Insider and IZU Icon tiers. As soon as you hit the minimum points required for the next tier, you'll automatically be pushed up, granting you even more exclusive perks just for you!

Points are non-refundable. Once a return is processed or a refund is issued, any points earned on that transaction will be lost.

You may use up to 1,000 points for $20 off your purchase. You also have the option to only use 500 points for $10 off.

Absolutely! You will have a unique referral link within your account that you can share with as many friends and family as you'd like! This link will give them $10 off their first purchase. Once they make their first purchase, you'll receive $10 of your own that you can apply to your next purchase! It's a win-win.

IMPORTANT: the $10 referral reward can only be redeemed by first-time customers. If your referred friend/family has shopped with us before or has an account with us, the referral reward cannot be applied.
