1. We will limit the amount of people in our store to 5 individuals to allow for proper social distancing.

3. Please wear a face mask at all times. We are also asking all customers to use hand sanitizer or ask us for a pair of gloves before shopping with us. Both are available at our store entrance for your convenience. 
4. We still ask that check out is primarily self-service. We'll be using our contact-less credit card reader and wiping down our iPad after each use. This also means we are not handling cash sales right now.
5. Our fitting rooms are still closed due to state regulations. 

This month, we have decided to move into Phase 2 of Operation Re-Open! Here's what's happening...

And shopping is almost back to normal! We are opening up the store to shop again. Come browse our clothing and see our newest collection. No need to schedule an appointment. Here's some things to note before we see you again:

We ask that anyone coming to our store please follow these guidelines (which are mandated by the State of Hawaii):

1. Please wear a face mask at all times. 
2. Please practice social distancing of 6 feet between yourself and others. 
3. Please avoid entering our store if you're coughing or feeling sick. 
4. We will offer you hand sanitizer or gloves while shopping with us. 

We also wanted to let you know that we are increasing our cleaning and disinfecting routines throughout the day. We will continue to clean all high contact surfaces after every customer leaves the store. We are disinfecting clothing that is handled or returned with a fabric disinfectant and the item is put in a designated area to quarantine for a minimum of 24 hours. 

We also have a NEW NUMBER you can text us at 808-349-1013. We know so many of you love to text, so please feel free to text us with styling questions, pictures, requests, or anything! We are here for you and will be answering texts throughout the day during our business hours.

And if you're shopping online and have a question, we are available to answer questions through our new Chat feature on our website (if the light is green, we are ready for you, if the light is blue, please leave us a questions or chat with our Bot). We also wanted to let you know that we are increasing our cleaning and disinfecting routines throughout the day, while also disinfecting clothing that is handled or returned.  We will be disinfecting using a fabric disinfectant and will also quarantine the item for 24 hours. 

We are so excited to see you and catch up, but our #1 priority is the safety of our team and you, our customers and friends. From all of the information we have gathered from news sources and other retailers, this is our most ideal plan of action for the time being. Information is constantly changing, so we will continue to be flexible and may be making changes to our policies as the days continue.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer in store pick up at this time. We are currently offering free shipping online for your convenience!
