We ship within the United States (all 50 States). We also ship to military bases within the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. 

What shipping carrier do you use and how long do they take?

We use USPS Priority Mail to ship out your order. Although not guaranteed, shipping speed is typically 3-7 business days depending on destination. 

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Unfortunately our system does not allow orders to be edited. 

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot cancel the order. 

If you placed an order for pick up at our Manoa Showroom, please email us at shop@allisonizu.com to initiate a cancel order request. Please provide your Order # in the message. 

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is processed. Tracking links generally need 48-72 business hours to be updated with tracking information. 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping to Hawaii: $5

Standard Shipping to the continental U.S.: $9 

Where is my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days from date of purchase for an update on order fulfillment status. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
