Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase to be refunded to the original form of payment.

For Online orders, returns made within 30 days from the order date can be refunded to the original form of payment. To expedite the process, please use our returns portal (click here). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Item(s) must not be altered, worn, washed, and should have the original tags to qualify for a return. Loyalty Reward point discounts are non-refundable and will not be reissued to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund that does not comply with our return policy. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Third party vendors, accessories, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to initiate a return

Follow the instructions below to initiate a return or exchange:

  • Click here to start a return or exchange. You will be taken to our Return Center.

    NOTE: If you'd like to exchange at our Manoa Showroom, please bring a valid I.D. and receipt with you. Click here for our Showroom hours.
  • Enter your order number and email address on the return page, then click "Find Your Order".
  • Select the items you want to return or exchange, then select the reason for your return.
  • Select if you want a replacement (exchange) or refund to your original form of payment. If you would like a replacement, select your replacement size.
  • Select "Ship with a return label". Return shipping is free within the U.S.!
  • Review your return/exchange request, confirm the information is correct, then hit "Submit".

Your return or exchange will be approved within 3 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email with further shipping instructions and a pre-paid return label.

IMPORTANT: Our online Return Center can only process refund requests to the original form of payment, or size exchanges of the same style. If you would like to receive store credit, or exchange for a different item, please email us at shop@allisonizu.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Return/Exchange by Mail

Please print the pre-paid return label and drop the package off at your local USPS Center. Once we receive your package, we will process your order and issue a refund or exchange if approved. 

Return/Exchange at our Manoa Showroom

Returns/exchanges for online and in-store purchases can be processed at our Manoa Showroom. Please have a valid I.D. and order number/receipt available with you.
