Why should I choose IZU/TRI?
If you are unsure about what size to choose or which styles to try, IZU/TRI gives you the option to try on different styles and sizes for a small deposit of $50. If you want to try a size SMALL and a MEDIUM, you can! All in the comfort of your own home!
How many items can I add to my IZU/TRI order?
Your SUBTOTAL of your cart, can be anywhere from $150 to $649, for a small deposit of $50. This will allow you to try about 2 - 6 clothing pieces. If your cart total is over $649, the deposit fee will be $100.
How does the payment work for IZU/TRI?
Allison Izu uses partial.ly, a third party payment processor to capture the deposit amount of $50 at the time of checkout. When you know what items you want to keep, just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to process the rest of your transaction and any refunds or exchanges. Once your transaction is finalized, we will process the remaining balance via partial.ly (using the same payment method that you initially used). In some cases, we will email you a balance for the remaining invoice. Our stylists will be assisting you every step of the way!

What happens to my deposit?
Your $50 deposit (and any shipping or delivery charges) will be applied to the items you keep! If you decide not to keep anything from your IZU/TRI order, the $50 deposit (and any shipping or delivery charges) will not be refunded. Our stylist will do their best to help you find something to keep so you don't lose out on your deposit.
Can I pick up my IZU/TRI order?
Yes! Feel free to select the pick up in-store option for your IZU/TRI. Please check our updated store hours for the Ala Moana store HERE.
How do I return or exchange items from my IZU/TRI order?
One of our stylists will be in contact with you through the process to help you with any returns or exchanges. But if you already figured out what you want to keep from your order and what you to return/exchange, just email email@example.com and we will help you through the process! You can always stop by our Ala Moana store or call/text us at 808-349-1013 for Curbside services.
What’s your return policy for items I purchase through IZU/TRI?
Any items purchased through IZU/TRI will follow our current store policy. CLICK HERE to read more.
