If you are unsure about what size to choose or which styles to try, IZU/TRI gives you the option to try on different styles and sizes for a small deposit of $10. If you want to try a size SMALL and a MEDIUM, you can! All in the comfort of your own home!
Your SUBTOTAL of your cart, can be anywhere from $150 to $649, for a small deposit of $10. This will allow you to try about 2 - 6 clothing pieces. If your cart total is over $649, the deposit fee will be $100.
Allison Izu uses partial.ly, a third party payment processor to capture the deposit amount of $10 at the time of checkout. When you know what items you want to keep, just email shop@allisonizu.com and we will work with you to process the rest of your transaction and any refunds or exchanges. Once your transaction is finalized, we will process the remaining balance via partial.ly (using the same payment method that you initially used). In some cases, we will email you a balance for the remaining invoice. Our stylists will be assisting you every step of the way!

Your $10 deposit (and any shipping or delivery charges) will be applied to the items you keep! If you decide not to keep anything from your IZU/TRI order, the $10 deposit (and any shipping or delivery charges) will not be refunded. Our stylist will do their best to help you find something to keep so you don't lose out on your deposit.

One of our stylists will be in contact with you through the process to help you with any returns or exchanges. But if you already figured out what you want to keep from your order and what you to return/exchange, just email shop@allisonizu.com and we will help you through the process! You can always stop by our Ala Moana store or call/text us at 808-349-1013 for Curbside services.
Any items purchased through IZU/TRI will follow our current store policy. CLICK HERE to read more. Part of the service that comes with your IZU/TRI order is that one of our stylists will be in contact with you through the entire process so any returns or exchanges will be handled right away.
